8th Annual 2007 Chefs Feast in Charleston, South Carolina.  The Lowcountry Food Bank and coordinating Chef Robert Carter of Peninsula Grill are hosting the 8th annual, 2007, "Chefs Feast" at the Embassy Suites Airport Charleston Convention Center.  Join other Lowcountry Food Bank friends in sampling some of Charleston, South Carolinas finest food.  Premier Chefs from around Charleston are participating in this North Charleston event.  Some of the participating Chefs and restaurants are;  Craig Deihl and M. Kelly Wilson of Cypress, Brett McKee of Oak Steakhouse, Sean Brock of McCrady's, and Ciarán Duffy of Tristan along with many others.

  The 2007 Chefs Feast will be held from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm February, 25th and 95% of the proceeds benefit the Lowcountry Food Bank’s Kids Cafe program, a post school program providing nutritious, hot meals and academic assistance to underprivileged school kids.  Coordinating Chef Robert Carter quotes "“This is by far the most rewarding charity event that I am involved in … all the money stays in our community.”    
 
 
Why not have a little pre game at some of North Charleston's restaurants and nightlife spots?  And...after the Chefs feast visit North Charleston's bars for a little nightcap.
