Holiday Festival Of Lights at the James Island County Park  'Tis the season for this special annual holiday Charleston, South Carolina event.  View the more than 500,000 lights which illuminate the James Island Park in the evenings of November 11, 2016 - January 1, 2017.  Participants can tour the Holiday Festival of Lights for a menial price.  Or, if you'd rather be outdoors during the tour, onlookers can hop on the event's 54 passenger train.  This is more for the kids!

  What a great Charleston, SC event made for the whole family! The Holiday Festival Of Lights at The James Island County Park first got started in 1989.  Its since been a long standing Charleston event that many look forward to around Christmas.  It really does fill the air with Christmas and the Holiday season.  This 3 mile driving tour takes you throughout the James Island County Park with over 600 displays and 500,000 lights.  A splendid way for the entire family to get into the holiday spirit.

The Holiday Festival Of Lights 2016  Some other features at this years Holiday Festival of Lights are; photos with Santa Clause, two gift shops, marshmallow roasts, musical concerts, carousel rides, an unforgettable enchanted forest walking trail, and much more.  Lastly, it wouldn't be complete with out some hot chocolate!
