Get ready for Charleston June events, July events, and August events at
The James Island County Park and Wannamaker Park this summer. Live bands will
feature new
school reggae with an old school sound. The Charleston County
Parks and Recreation will have food and drink on hand for purchase at The
Summer Reggae Concert Series sponsored by Piggly Wiggly.
The James Island County Park is a
pristine stage for this Charleston, South Carolina event. The fresh
saltwater breeze along with a gorgeous marsh view back drop will make
these "island jams" complete. Wannamaker Park located in North
Charleston, SC has plenty of acreage with their 1,015 acres of wetlands
and woodlands.
Adults are $8 (or 5 greenbax) and children under the age of 12 are free. Bring
your blankets and chairs for a comfy seat. Gates open at 7:30 PM Music
begins at 8:30 PM. Refreshments
will be set up around the stage. Please bring proper ID if you are going to be boozin'.
Gold Passes will be honored.
