Charleston, SC Southeastern Wildlife Expo  This is the nations largest wildlife art expo showcase. The 28th annual Southeastern Wildlife Exposition will be a three-day all out celebration of nature's delicate creatures. The Southeastern Wildlife Expo will feature unique presentations, original art pieces, and plenty exhibits for the entire family to explore and relish.  

  This Charleston event started as a small winter gathering has grown to become the largest annual event to take place in Charleston, South Carolina and one of the most popular and successful events in the country. The Southeastern Wildlife Exposition (SEWE) attracts over 35,000 visitors and is an important part of the annual calendar of events in Charleston, South Carolina.  Charleston has been ranked #4 in a list of “Best Destination Cities” in North America by Travel and Leisure Magazine...one of the main reasons The Southeastern Wildlife Exposition has been visiting us for the past 27 years.

  Dock Dogs was a huge success at last years Southeastern Wildlife Expo, so they are bringing it back in 2010 for another go.  Watch these well trained dogs leap for success and a chance to make their owners proud.  To pre-enter your pup, visit dock dogs website, www.dockdogs.com.  Dock Dogs will be located at Brittlebank Park which is located off of Lockwood Boulevard across from the Charleston Police Station.  

  Also, a children's square will be set up in the middle of Marion square with a serpent tent, an exotic petting zoo, pony and camel rides, craft making, and a "Kids For Conservation" artwork display tent.  Educate our future conversationalists!  

 Check out the Center For Birds Of Prey at this years Southeastern Wildlife Expo Charleston events for demonstrations and higher education. These gorgeous birds play a key role in keeping our eco system balanced, so lets find out how we can help protect them.

  Lastly, at the 2010 Southeastern Wildlife Expo, Busch Wildlife Sanctuary and Jack Hanna will host shows offering insight and a rare opportunity for us to view wild animals close up.  Busch Wildlife Sanctuary helps care for the sick and wounded animals and promotes wildlife and habitat conservation with shows like this.   

  Event tickets are $20 a day for Friday and Saturday, $10 on Sunday, or $40 for a 3 day pass. Children 10 years of age and younger are free.  VIP Packages are available for the 2008 Southeastern Wildlife Exposition.  Event tickets, starting around $150, include unique art previews, elite parties, VIP entry to exhibits, and entry granted to the hospitality suites.
