Dock Dogs was a huge success at last years Southeastern Wildlife Expo, so they are bringing it back in 2010 for another go. Watch these well trained dogs leap for success and a chance to make their owners proud. To pre-enter your pup, visit dock dogs website, www.dockdogs.com. Dock Dogs will be located at Brittlebank Park which is located off of Lockwood Boulevard across from the Charleston Police Station. Also, a children's square will be set up in the middle of Marion square with a serpent tent, an exotic petting zoo, pony and camel rides, craft making, and a "Kids For Conservation" artwork display tent. Educate our future conversationalists! Check out the Center For Birds Of Prey at this years Southeastern Wildlife Expo Charleston events for demonstrations and higher education. These gorgeous birds play a key role in keeping our eco system balanced, so lets find out how we can help protect them. Lastly, at the 2010 Southeastern Wildlife Expo, Busch Wildlife Sanctuary and Jack Hanna will host shows offering insight and a rare opportunity for us to view wild animals close up. Busch Wildlife Sanctuary helps care for the sick and wounded animals and promotes wildlife and habitat conservation with shows like this. Event tickets are $20 a day for Friday and Saturday, $10 on Sunday, or $40 for a 3 day pass. Children 10 years of age and younger are free. VIP Packages are available for the 2008 Southeastern Wildlife Exposition. Event tickets, starting around $150, include unique art previews, elite parties, VIP entry to exhibits, and entry granted to the hospitality suites.
