  Enjoy a Thanksgiving Dinner Buffet with all the traditional foods at Middleton Place Plantation on Thanksgiving Day 2009. Middleton Place will host "The Pavilion Thanksgiving Buffet" which will include; Carved Herb-Roasted Turkey, Sweet Corn Pudding, Carved Honey-Glazed Ham, Steamed Vegetables, Cornbread Dressing, Collard Greens, Roasted Red Potatoes with Fresh Herbs, Green Bean Casserole, Sweet Potato Casserole, White Rice, Organic Mixed Greens Salad with a Middleton Vinaigrette or House-made Ranch Dressing, Cranberry Sauce, Corn Bread, Biscuits. For dessert enjoy Pecan Pie, Pumpkin Pie, Chocolate Pie.

  After stuffing yourself silly, stroll around the plantation grounds to view America's oldest landscaped gardens, the plantation stable yards, chapel, the rice mill, and the freedman's cabin. Carriage rides will also be available. Get a head-start on your Christmas shopping at the Museum Shop and Garden Market & Nursery.
