Charleston Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony On Marion Square

The 2012 Charleston Tree Lighting Ceremony will be held in Marion Square.  It's Christmas time her in Charleston again!  Grab the kids, this means Marion Square Park in Charleston, SC will hold its annual Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony. 

  Mayor Joe Riley along with Santa Clause will join together in lighting this gargantuan 60 foot tree.  Live Gospel music, the Charleston Community Band, and the Ashley River Creative Arts School Uni-chorus will introduce Santa into this illuminated winter wonderland. 

  This Charleston, SC Christmas event is located in Marion Square Park, right smack dab in the middle of Charleston, SC close to everything, between King and Meeting Street, on Calhoun.

  This December, Charleston, South Carolina event, will kick off at 4:30pm and end around 6pm.   Their will be plenty of entertainment going on at Charleston's finest bars and restaurants so...eat, drink, and be merry!
