2008 "A Night in the Valley" Auction and Dinner

This Chaleston event will offer a four course meal at "A Night In The Valley".   Invest in the education of the future culinary artists of Charleston by attending this years wine and food paring event; A Night in the Valley.  These future Charleston chefs will prepare a four course feast while the professionals at Southern Wine and Spirits will pair just the right wine.  This Charleston event will take place at the Trident Technical College Friday, January, 18th, 2008 at 6:30 PM.

Southern Wine and Spirits will pair the wine for Trident Tech's "A Night In The Valley" wine dinner.  A silent auction will be held offering  such goodies as; a $13,000 Mink Coat, a trip to California's wine regions, jewelry, artwork and much more.  Donations to this live auction are more than welcome, do your part in keeping Charleston's food and restaurants thriving.  Lets see what they got!
