  Trying to decide where to spend your 2008 into 2009 New Years Eve in Charleston, SC?  Watch the ball drop at Mad River Bar and Grille in Charleston.  Mad River is located on North Market Street in the heart of the historic city.  Join locals and out-of-towners for hand passed hors' dourves, a balloon drop, live entertainment, a tasteful never-ending buffet, champagne at midnight, and luscious libations.
